Beginning in November 2008 the National Film Board’s CITIZENShift and Parole Citoyenne websites are hosting special "dossiers" entitled "Histoires de vie Montreal / Montreal Life Stories" to broadcast short videos, podcasts, photographs, and written texts produced by and with Montrealers who have survived war, genocide, or other human rights violations. The Life Stories project invites all interviewees and other community members to submit 2-10 minute videos or other digital stories to the site.

The Life Stories Project website has been in development for several months now, and includes many exciting interactive and multimedia features. Our talented and dedicated website team includes Pata Macedo (designer), Jeff Traynor (programmer) and Caroline Künzle (webmaster).

We will also be celebrating the extraordinary work of Emmanuelle Sonntag at La vie rêvée des gens, her weekly Life Stories radio broadcast on CIBL, 101.5 FM.
