Two "Mapping Memories" project participants from the Experiences of Refugee Youth working group are currently visiting high schools to share their experience. Radio-Canada's Téléjournal covered their work on December 12, 2011. You can watch it here

"Stéphanie and Léontine survived the Rwandan genocide in 1994.Today, refugees in Canada, the two young women are participating in a Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling project at Concordia University. together, they facilitate workshops in Montreal high schools during which they testify and tell their own story, that of two little girls who escaped the massacres before becoming refugees thousands of kilometers away from their country of birth."
